Beware the Ice Dam!

If you live in Kosciusko or Noble County in Indiana for any length of time you will realize that the temps are cold, and then warm and then ridiculous...sometimes all in one day! With this weather pattern comes the very real threat of ice dams! When snow falls, melts, and then freezes rapidly, water can pool on your roof and create a dam, causing the runoff to leak into your home.
